Project Description

What a difference a year makes…

HHMCT was founded in 2014 in response to a growing need in the local community. Within a short period of time, HHMCT had established a good working relationship with a local school to provide Taraweeh, Eid Prayers, Jummah Prayers, and after school Islamic Classes (Maktab).

With the help of the local community, HHMCT grew in the years that followed to provide further support across the borough. The Covid-19 pandemic affected many families which spurred our volunteers into action. As a result, HHMCT volunteers mobilised to establish additional services which now include:

Taraweeh, Eid Prayers, Jummah

Community Funeral Service

Maktab

Food packs and hot meals

Supporting front line workers

This year, as we come out of lockdown, we need to develop these services and make them sustainable.

Please continue to support us via bit.ly/hhmct-144209. Ramadhan gives us the unique opportunity to multiply our rewards, so don’t miss out.

This year you could make the difference.
